Weaving blue waveforms are echoed by sinuous clouds that draw the eye past brown cliffs, small trees, a tiny fishing boat, and the silhouettes of birds. The elements float on a tall piece of newsprint with torn edges.

A closeup shows the intricate details of blue trim and fishing tackle on the fishing boat, as well as the cutout textures in the water and the cliffs.
