Kimberly Low is an artist who sells hand cut paper artwork through the website dearkimlow.com. The shop is based in San Francisco, California.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This site does not collect or track any user data. However, we link to tools on the site that require the collection of some user data to place orders and address customer questions or concerns.
Purchase information

No order information is hosted on the dearkimlow.com servers at any time. However, dearkimlow.com shop administrators may use provided personal information to:
- Send you information about your account and order,
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints,
- Process payments and prevent fraud, and
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes.
We also maintain business records related to customer purchase indefinitely for administrative, legal, and security purposes.

Only shop administrators can view your data. We use this information to fulfill orders, process refunds, and provide customer support.
The following third parties have access to some of your data:
- Stripe: Payment information is shared with our payment processor, Stripe, to process your payment for any orders. This may include information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your billing information. Please see Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more details.
- USPS: Shipping information is shared with our delivery service, United States Postal Service (USPS), to deliver your purchase to you. We do not use any other delivery services.
Any information sent via email will never be shared unless you provide active consent for us to share information with a specific third party.

Purchase information and contact correspondence is stored indefinitely for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
What rights you have over your data
You may request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, or any information you have shared with us, whether provided as purchase information or contact correspondence. We will promptly erase the requested data unless we are obliged to keep it for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We proactively protect your data by using the fewest services possible to fulfill your orders and provide you with a comfortable online shopping experience. This minimizes the number of third parties who may have access to data you share with us. We avoid using services that utilize opt-out models (instead of opt-in models) when collecting data.
